REFUND POLICY

24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled reading time. Cancellations must be made through our official booking platform, email, or by calling our office.

Missed Appointments: If a client does not show up for their scheduled reading without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling for no-shows is not available.
